Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the shipping time provided at checkout. During launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Brow Haven Pro is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

If an order is returned to Brow Haven Pro because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend it.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside Brow Haven Pro’s control.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. Brow Haven Pro is not responsible for packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact browhavenpro@gmail.com so we can assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available when offered at checkout. Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready. Please arrange and confirm a pickup time with Brow Haven Pro before arriving.

Orders should not be picked up until a ready-for-pickup notification has been received. Pickup orders must be collected by the customer named on the order unless another person has been approved in advance.
