Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging and condition. 

To request a return please contact Brow Haven Pro through our EMAIL: browhavenpro@gmail.com -  before shipping your items. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as Brow Haven Pro is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. 

For health and sanitation reasons, used, opened, or tested beauty tools and supples cannot be returned. Sale items, clearance items, digital products, and gift cards are final sale. 

Once you return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved funds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund. 

DAMAGES OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return requirements above.
